Rates shown on website are per room per night. All room rates are non-commissionable.
Government taxes will be extra as applicable from time to time on all the above special rates. Any change in Government taxes will be reflected in the billing.
We reserve the right to request for company identification or business card upon check-in and may apply the best available rate for the day if valid proof is not available.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM & checkout time is 11:00 AM. Any early check-in & late check-out will be subject to availability.
All room reservations will be held until 6:00 PM or for 2 hours after the flight arrival time mentioned. After this time, the reservation may be released if no guarantee is provided.
All bills must be settled by the guest or the host prior to checkout, either by cash or an approved credit card. In the case of a Bill-to-Company arrangement, exact billing instructions must be provided in writing by the company’s authorized signatory on the prescribed Bill-to-Company format, duly printed on the company letterhead. If the same is not received by the hotel prior to checkout, all charges will be debited directly to the guest. No verbal billing instructions will be accepted to safeguard our mutual interests. The Bill-to-Company format can be provided upon request.
We do not accept Personal or Company’s Cheque for payment nor do we undertake any third-party billing.
If the rates offered to you are not utilized within a six-month period, we reserve the right to revoke this agreement.
This contract contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes any and all other prior negotiations and agreements.
Lower promotional rates with restrictions may sometimes be available through the hotel website. You are advised to check for the same at the time of booking.
In case this Rates and Terms & Conditions page is not returned duly filled in, signed, and stamped, making a booking constitutes acceptance of these very Rates, Terms, and Conditions.
Certain conditions and restrictions apply to Pakistani & Bangladeshi nationals, or as defined by the Government of India for any other nationality.
We would appreciate it if the enclosed rate & letters are kept confidential at all times.
Any advance paid for room bookings or banquet/conference arrangements is non-refundable.
All room bookings, residential conferences, weddings, and group bookings are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Any Audio Video requirements will be charged as per the Hotel AV list.
Professional cameras are not allowed for photography.
Single occupancy rooms are not allowed; only families and couples are permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Outside guests are not allowed.
Outside liquor & food are not allowed.
Bonfires are not permitted in rooms and are allowed only on the lawn.
Extra decoration is chargeable as per the resort’s policy.
Buffet lunch and dinner will be served as per the resort’s occupancy policy; in case of low occupancy, the buffet menu will be served at the table.
Driver accommodation is not available.
Entry for males or stag parties is not permitted for stay or day outings.
