1. Rates displayed on the website are per room, per night. All room rates are non-commissionable.
  2. Government taxes will be charged extra as applicable from time to time. Any change in applicable Government taxes will be reflected in the final billing.
  3. The resort reserves the right to request company identification or a business card at the time of check-in. In the absence of valid proof, the best available rate applicable on that day may be charged.
  4. Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  5. Room reservations will be held until 6:00 PM or up to 2 hours after the communicated flight arrival time, as applicable. Thereafter, an unguaranteed reservation may be released.
  6. All bills must be settled by the guest or host prior to check-out through cash or an approved credit/debit card. In case of a Bill-to-Company arrangement, complete billing instructions must be provided in writing by the company’s authorized signatory on the prescribed Bill-to-Company format and on the company’s letterhead. If the required authorization is not received before check-out, all outstanding charges will be settled directly by the guest. Verbal billing instructions will not be accepted. The Bill-to-Company format can be provided upon request.
  7. Personal or company cheques are not accepted. The resort does not undertake third-party billing unless specifically approved in writing.
  8. If contracted rates are not utilized for a period of six months, the resort reserves the right to review or revoke the agreement.
  9. These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete understanding between the parties and supersede any prior negotiations, communications, or agreements relating to the same rates and services.
  10. Promotional rates with specific restrictions may occasionally be available on the resort’s website. Guests are advised to check the applicable rates and conditions at the time of booking.
  11. If the Rates and Terms & Conditions document is not returned duly signed and stamped, confirmation of a booking shall be deemed as acceptance of the applicable Rates, Terms & Conditions.
  12. Certain conditions and restrictions may apply to Pakistani and Bangladeshi nationals, or to any other nationality as prescribed by the Government of India from time to time.
  13. Contracted rates, rate letters, and related commercial information must be kept confidential.
  14. Any advance amount paid towards room bookings, banquet arrangements, conferences, weddings, group bookings, or other confirmed services is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
  15. Audio-visual equipment or other AV requirements will be charged separately as per the resort’s applicable AV rate list.
  16. Professional photography and professional cameras/DSLRs are not permitted without prior written permission from the resort.
  17. Only couples and families are permitted for stay and day outings. Single male occupancy, male-only groups, and stag entry are strictly prohibited.
  18. Pets are not allowed on the resort premises.
  19. Outside visitors/guests are not permitted without prior approval from the resort management.
  20. Outside food and liquor are strictly prohibited on the resort premises.
  21. Bonfires are not permitted inside guest rooms or private accommodation areas. Bonfires may be arranged only in designated outdoor/lawn areas as permitted by the resort.
  22. Any additional or customized decoration will be chargeable as per the resort’s applicable policy.
  23. Buffet lunch and dinner will be served subject to the resort’s occupancy and operational requirements. In case of low occupancy, the applicable buffet menu may be served at the table.
  24. Driver accommodation is not available at the resort.

Child & Extra Person Policy

  1. One child below 6 years of age is complimentary when sharing the existing room and bedding with parents.
  2. A child/extra person aged 6 years and above will be charged ₹3,000 + GST per person, per night.

  1. Special offers and promotional rates are valid only for the booking and stay dates specified in the respective offer.
  2. Room categories, themes, activities, and other facilities are subject to availability at the time of booking or stay.
  3. Outdoor activities, including horse riding, jeep safari, bird watching, and other recreational activities, may be modified, rescheduled, or discontinued due to weather conditions, safety requirements, maintenance, or operational reasons.
  4. The resort reserves the right to modify the availability of complimentary activities and facilities without prior notice due to operational or safety requirements.
